In addition, Avaloq appointed Marc Stähli as its global head of sales. The appointment became effective on 1 July.

Stähli most recently served as the senior vice president global sales at Crealogix.

Stähli and Schütz will report to Avaloq head of global markets Paco Hauser.

Commenting on the two appointments, Avaloq group CEO Jürg Hunziker said: “The experience Mathias brings from his previous roles at Avaloq and from the Raiffeisen project make him the ideal replacement for Tobias, while Marc’s extensive sales experience in the fintech sector will help us accelerate Avaloq’s continued growth both in Switzerland and internationally.”
