Set up in 2014, Denver PWM advises affluent families, company owners, and senior executives.

Its services include investment management, retirement planning, tax-efficient planning, and legacy planning.

Denver PWM managing partner Darin Snow said: “By joining the Aspen platform, we will be able to further expand the robust suite of services available to our clients and extend our legacy for decades to come.

“This is also a wonderful opportunity for our team to build their careers with a broader team of incredibly talented industry professionals.”

Aspen said its model for working with RIAs centres on long-term alignment, maintaining each partner firm’s identity, supporting leadership, and aiding sustainable growth.

Denver PWM provides investment advisory services through Vista Private Wealth Partners, a SEC registered investment advisor.

FP Transitions was the financial advisor to Denver PWM in the deal.

Aspen CEO Aly Kassim-Lakha said: “We are honoured to welcome Denver PWM to the Aspen platform. We look forward to providing their team with the resources and expertise to ensure their clients continue to receive the best possible wealth management experience for many, many years to come.”

Earlier this year, in March, Aspen bought BlueSky Wealth Advisors, a New Bern, North Carolina-based RIA.

BlueSky was founded in 1999 and oversees $1bn in assets.

The business focuses on investment management and financial planning, including tax strategies, passive income, and legacy planning.
