Ashcourt Rowan expands London team

Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management has expanded its London team by appointing Stewart Murray as investment director.

Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management has expanded its London team by appointing Stewart Murray as investment director.

Prior to joining Ashcourt Rowan, Murray worked with Vintage Asset Management as chief investment officer. He also served as chairman of Vintage Asset Management’s investment committee.

Earlier to this, Murray worked with Munros Capital Management managing the Munros European Smaller Companies Fund.

Harry Burnham, CEO of Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management, said: "He has a breadth of experience across a diverse range of international and domestic equity markets, and his appointment further highlights the calibre of individuals joining us to manage client’s assets."

Stewart Murray said: "I look forward to being able to contribute directly to the future revenue growth of the Group, whilst at the same time providing the high-quality investment proposition to clients for which Ashcourt Rowan is well known."
