Appleby has strengthened its funds and investment services team in Cayman office with the appointment of investment funds specialists, Jonathan Bernstein and Andrew Harding.
Bernstein is a senior associate at Appleby and has over five years Cayman Islands legal experience. He previously worked for Ogier (Cayman). Bernstein specialises in the formation, restructuring and termination of all types of Cayman Islands investment funds. His clients include major US-based investment managers and several of the largest asset managers in Latin America.

Harding is an associate at Appleby and joins the Cayman funds and investment services team from Appleby’s Isle of Man office where he has been advising on funds and investment services for over eight years.
