Alpha Asset Management, a subsidiary of Alpha Bank, will manage the mutual funds of Hermes Dynamic Domestic Equity, Hermes International Bond Fund (euro) and Hermes Money Market.

The move follows an agreement with Amundi Hellas MFMC and a relevant decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, reported Stock Market Wire.

As of 31 December 2013, the total assets of the mutual funds totaled to EUR98 million, while the mutual fund assets of Alpha Asset Management had reached EUR1.08 billion.

The new agency reported that Alpha Bank has signed with Amundi Hellas MFMC, a distribution agreement of units in international undertakings of collective investments managed by Amundi.
