Davy Asset Management, a subsidiary of Ireland-based Davy Group, has poached former Fidelity head of distribution Phil Jefferson as a company director.
Jefferson, who has over three decades of experience, is currently a principal at Jconsult (Europe). He has also held senior roles at Fidelity Investments, First State, Henderson and JPMorgan Asset Management.

Additionally, the firm has hired Jeremy Humphries as a fund manager for its global equity investment team.
Prior to joining Davy, Humphries worked with the Schroders’ Quantitative Equity Products team in London and in the Pioneer Investments’ Global quantitative research team.
