Irish accounting and business advisory firm Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon is set to depart the Baker Tilly International network and become a member firm of RSM, an independent audit, tax and consulting firm in Ireland.

The change will be effective on 3 May 2016, following which Baker Tilly will re-brand as RSM. The move is yet to receive the regulatory nod.

Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon operates from its headquarters in Dublin, as well as two other regional offices.

The firm, which currently comprises 12 partners and over 120 staff, intends to expand its workforce by 50% over the next five years.
