US-based Volomite Wealth Management has merged with Russell Capital Management, according to Business Lexington.

Justin Sautter, founder of Volomite, has joined Russell as senior vice president.

Before establishing Volomite in 2009, Sautter served as a managing director at Nollenberger Capital Partners where he covered New York and Mid-Atlantic accounts in the Institutional Equity department.

From 1999-2005, Sautter worked for Wells Fargo Securities in a similar capacity in both San Francisco and then later in New York where he helped launch its East Coast operations.

Prior to entering the securities business, Sautter worked as a business analyst for Price Waterhouse in their Valuation Services department valuing privately held assets such as family businesses and real estate portfolios.
