Banca Esperia, the private banking firm of Italy’s Mediobanca and Mediolanum, specialized in wealth planning services and asset protection solutions, and Xchanging plc, the business process, procurement and technology services provider, today announced that they have renewed their collaboration.
The two Groups have signed an agreement that will be valid until 31 December 2017. Over the next four years, the British provider, through its subsidiary company Xchanging Italy, will provide Banca Esperia and the asset management companies of the Group, Duemme Sgr and Duemme?International Luxembourg, with application services and back office solutions to support the activities.
The services will be provided through the use of information technology solutions designed and developed by Xchanging for the Italian asset management industry. The two major groups are working closely to bring innovation and efficiency in the Italian asset management services sector.
