The launch of the programme coincides with the start of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Aimed at supporting advisers’ wellbeing during the crisis, the programme offers materials to address the issues of coping up with isolation and building resilience.

The programme includes podcasts and videos from the firm’s own and external wellbeing experts and behavioural economists.

At the same time, it offers tips on effective remote working as well as provides access to blogs from Quilter employees on how they addressed their mental health challenges.

Quilter CEO Paul Feeney said: “Our workplace has now changed to our own homes and it’s just as important that we all feel supported, and that extends to the advisers that work with us.

“The hub is full of tools, resources, podcasts, webinars about building resilience and looking after your mental health at this time. I hope it will help advisers to reflect, and perhaps do some small things that will make a big difference. Clients place their trust in their adviser every day and to them they are more than just financial advisers, they are coaches and friends.”

Quilter recently made various initiatives to support people amidst the Covid-19 crisis.

This March, the wealth manager donated £100,000 to the National Emergencies Trust (NET) coronavirus appeal through its charity foundation.

Moreover, last month, the firm launched a telephone-based advice service to enhance the accessibility of financial advice in the UK for clients amid the pandemic.
