Eric de Rothschild, chairman of the Paris Orléans Supervisory Board and David de Rothschild, chairman of PO Gestion, managing partner of Paris Orléans said "it emphasises the presence of long term shareholders, who accompany our family in this venture as well as the partnership culture that prevails within our Group. Changing the listed entity name is the logical and necessary outcome of the Group’s transformation."
