D.A. Davidson, an employee-owned full-service investment firm, has hired a team of four financial advisers from Bank of America’s Merrill Lynch arm for its Portland and Salem offices.
The newly hired advisers, Kraig Kerr, Michael Larlee, Leslie Kerr and Christine Fordyce, managed $350m in assets at Merrill Lynch.

Kraig Kerr is joining as senior vice president-financial advisor, Michael Larlee as vice president- financial advisor, Leslie Kerr and Christine Fordyce as client associates.
Kerr, a 25-year industry veteran, will divide his time between D.A. Davidson’s Portland and Salem offices, as he maintains clients in both regions.
Larlee has 12 years’ worth of experience in the financial advising industry and also holds the chartered retirement planning counselor designation.
Leslie Kerr, a former CPA, will serve as a part-time client associate, continuing her work alongside Kraig Kerr in growing and maintaining their client service model while Fordyce, a 13-year Merrill Lynch veteran, will also serve as a part-time client associate, based out of D.A. Davidson’s Salem office.
