Swiss private bank Union Bancaire Privee (UBP) has named Eric Morin as its new head of its Asian operations.
According to a Reuters report, Morin will lead its private banking operations in Asia until the completion of the integration with Coutts International.

UBP acquired Royal Bank of Scotland’s overseas private banking unit, Coutts International, last month.
Morin previously served as chief executive of J. Safra Sarasin’s Singapore office since 2013. Besides, he served stints at BNP Paribas’s private bank in Switzerland and Asia prior to that.
The appointment of Morin is due to be effective from 11 May.
