UBS Global Asset Management has hired Peter Cazalet as its new executive director for UK business development.
Cazalet will focus on the firm’s business development opportunities across the UK pensions spectrum in the new role, globalinvestormagazine.com reported.

He will report to Malcolm Gordon, managing director, head of UK institutional.
"These hires underpin our ambitious plans to further grow the UK business and Peter will play a pivotal role as part of this strategy," UBS Global Asset Management head of UK and Ireland Ian Barnes was quoted as saying by globalinvestormagazine.com.
Cazalet most recently served at JPMorgan, where he worked for over 19 years in client as well as business development focused roles.
Prior to this, he held the position of a director at SG Warburg investment bank and director of broking firm Hoare Govett.
