Barclays Wealth and Investment has named Eric Pinn as the head of UK distribution in the global investments and solutions (GI&S) team.

In the new role, Pinn will be tasked with determining the investment needs of clients within Barclays’ personal and corporate banking business, reporting to GI&S head Solomon Soquar.
Commenting on Pinn’s appointment, Soquar said: "Eric brings with him vast experience in effective partnering and investment leadership.
"GI&S provides a significant capability within personal and corporate banking, delivering high quality investment services to Barclays’ clients and I’m delighted that Eric will be joining to lead our UK distribution team."
He previously worked at Barclays Investment Bank since 2012, where he managed origination and sales strategy of alternative investment solutions as well as systematic investment strategies.
