The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) has struck a partnership with Australian superannuation fund Sunsuper.
Sunsuper has over one million members and manages $33bn in funds. Its board includes equal representation from member and employer organisations, along with a director who is not an appointment of either shareholder body.

Sunsuper national manager – retail distribution and advice Anne Fuchs added: "We have partnered with the AFA to help contribute towards the ongoing professional development of their members, particularly in the area of behavioural finance.
"We will soon release more details of a key initiative with the AFA that will help broaden the thinking about consumer behaviour and financial decision making. We believe that is an area of big opportunity for advisers to deepen their relationships with their clients and we are looking forward to contributing."
