Brewin Dolphin’s three former directors and Barclays Wealth’s former head of strategy and proposition have opened a new investment boutique, called Brighton Capital Management.
The firm has been launched by David Pegler, Ewen Emmerson, and Francis Jarman, who were earlier with Brewin Dolphin, and Tim O’Connor from Barclays Wealth, fundweb.co.uk has reported.

The boutique will offer bespoke investment management as well as financial planning services to private clients and institutions in the south of England.
Regulatory and compliance functions, along with administration platform for the firm will offered by Raymond James Investment Services.
The new firm will allow investments across a range of products such as direct equities, fixed income, investment trusts, funds, exchange traded products as well as structured notes.
Pegler said: "Our main focus at Brighton Capital Management is to offer a boutique choice of family office solutions, investment and fiduciary services. But we will also be able to offer broader services for our clients such as adding advice around the recent pension changes.
