Merriman Capital makes new hire to enter women-centric advisory market
Merriman Holdings, parent of Merriman Capital, has appointed Zoe Sexton to expand its wealth management unit, focusing on women-centric wealth management services.

In her new role, Sexton will leverage Merriman`s Digital Capital Network (DCN) to create a women-centric offering, which will advise women-owned businesses, companies comprising female executives, as well as board members.
Her scope of work includes expansion of Merriman`s Wealth Management platform and its offering for family offices, entrepreneurs and women by offering wealth management on investments, business-succession strategies, retirement planning, trust, estate as well as philanthropic interests.
Besides, she will lead the listing of asset management related products on the DCN.
Sexton most recently held the role of a private wealth manager and director of public programming at Portsmouth Financial Services and The Putney Financial Group.
