Old Mutual has named Iain Williamson as new finance director of Old Mutual Emerging Markets (OMEM), effective 1 August 2015.
Williamson will replace Katie Murray, who will remain in the business until the end of October 2015 to ensure a smooth transition.

Additionally, Williamson will sit on the OMEM board as an executive director.
Williamson, who is currently the managing director of Old Mutual South Africa’s retail affluent segment, has been working with the company since 22 years across its long term savings, investments and protection businesses. The Retail Affluent segment is considered to be largest business by profit contribution in the emerging markets cluster.
OMEM CEO Ralph Mupita said: "He is a remarkable leader and his extensive financial background and impressive depth of experience position him well to build on Katie’s achievements.
