Bank of the West, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, has named Eric Sanderson as new head of family office and strategic planning services within its wealth management group.
Sanderson will report to Steve Prostano, newly hired head of Bank of the West’s ultra-high-net-worth business.

He will be responsible for delivering advanced and fully integrated planning solutions for UNHW clients.
Sanderson, who has advised highly affluent individuals, multi-generational families and family offices for two decades, has also developed wealth planning practices for wealth management firms, both nationally and regionally, and ran a large single family office.
Previously, Sanderson also worked as a practicing attorney for over seven years with a focus on estate and international tax planning.
