Brown Shipley’s head of private banking Hugh Titcomb is set to step down from his role by the end of September 2015 to focus on his role as non-executive chairman of Harpenden Building Society.

Titcomb, who joined Brown Shipley in January 2014, previously worked as CEO of Sanlam Private Investments and also as CEO of Ansbacher Banking Group.

Titcomb will focus on a number of other business and personal interests besides focusing on his role as non-executive chairman of Harpenden Building Society.
