First Foundation, a financial services firm providing investment management, wealth planning, trust and banking services to HNWIs and businesses, has expanded its footprint in California by opening two new regional offices in Los Angeles and Oakland.

The company has appointed Tony Fire to head the new Los Angeles office. Fire has over two decades of experience in multi-family and commercial lending and facilitated over $2.5bn of loans in the Los Angeles market.

Additionally, Kris Lynds and Manjit Dhillon have been hired to co-head the Oakland office.

Previously, Lynds had worked in the multi-family and small balance commercial loan space in the Bay Area.

Dhillon has over three decades of experience in the banking industry, dealing with small business lending, commercial lending as well as commercial banking.
