Vistra, a provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services, has appointed Clive Gibbons as a Cayman Islands resident managing director.
The company said that this is in response to the growing demand for Cayman Islands structures.

Gibbons, who has over 15 years offshore experience within the banking, trust and corporate services sector, in his new role will lead Vistra Cayman Trust Limited as managing director.
Clive is a qualified financial advisor and has sat on numerous boards as a director during his career and is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
Vistra said its Cayman services will include the establishment of a broad range of Cayman trust, corporate and partnership structures; trustee and administration services; and the provision of corporate and individual director and nominee shareholder services.
