BMO Investments (BMOII) has launched a series of investment solutions designed to help those in or near retirement preserve and provide potential to grow their wealth.
Dubbed as BMO Retirement Portfolios, the new range of portfolios have three different risk profiles for retirees namely income, conservative and balanced based on their specific needs.

The portfolios will offer exposure to globally diversified fixed income for capital protection and equity exposure and low volatility strategies to help reduce market risk for smoother returns and growth.
According to a study conducted by BMO Global Asset Management, around one quarter of retired Canadians were surprised to find that their savings are not as sufficient as they thought they would be in retirement.
