Oyster Consulting, a US-based financial services consulting firm, has opened its first European office in Luxembourg.
The new Luxembourg office, which is Oyster’s 16th location, will be led by non-executive director and consultant, Allen Foley.

The new office will offer advice and services including directorships, fund & corporate governance, fund compliance, broker-dealer compliance, AIFMD and UCITS, Fund structuring, service provider selection, offshore advisory services.
In addition, the office will also provide international fund/compliance analysis as well as being a liaison between the US, Caribbean and European-domiciled firms.
Oyster said that the Luxembourg office will work with the company’s US and Bermuda industry experts to deliver high quality results and tailored client services.
