Swiss private bank Lombard Odier has reshuffled its Asia management structure as part of its planned leadership change.
The bank has appointed Vincent Duhamel as chairman of the Asia Board. Duhamel will relinquish his Asia CEO role on 1 July.

Vincent Magnenat will become new CEO of Asia in addition to his current role as CEO of Singapore office. He is also serving as private banking head of Asia since 2014. Magnenat will continue to oversee Asia private banking business from Singapore.
In addition, the bank’s Europe-based managing partners Hubert Keller and Hugo Bänziger will continue to serve as the company’s Asia board member.
Commenting on the appointments, Keller said: “Asia has become a key growth engine for the Group. We have operated in the region for 30 years and are as committed as ever to further expanding our business and offering there.”
