ABN AMRO Bank has integrated its private banking activities in Jersey and Guernsey, which is subject to regulatory approval.

As part of the integration, ABN AMRO will relocate its business from Jersey to its subsidiary in Guernsey.

ABN AMRO said that its clients in Jersey are being notified about the move and will have the option to continue their banking services with ABN AMRO in Guernsey.

ABN AMRO currently has 63 staff in Jersey and 92 staff in Guernsey.

ABN AMRO Private Banking CEO Jeroen Rijpkema said: “Integrating our Jersey and Guernsey private banking activities will enable us to further strengthen the combined value proposition to our clients in the region, leverage our scale, create synergies and simplify our governance.”
