Mergermarket Group, a BC Partners portfolio company, has purchased C6 Intelligenc, a UK-based provider of global risk intelligence and data.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Mergermarket said that the transaction represents a complementary addition to its risk and regulatory portfolio that includes The FCPA Report, The Hedge Fund Law Report, Policy & Regulatory Report (PaRR) Capital Profile, Wealthmonitor and Perfect Information.
C6 data and intelligence identifies risks associated with entities and individuals in the context of sanctions, politically exposed persons, adverse media, enhanced due diligence, employee screening, identity theft and global ID verification and authentication.
Mergermarket Group CEO Hamilton Matthews said: "Through the acquisition of C6, we will bring in regulatory and compliance expertise from an accomplished and experienced management team and a risk intelligence database dating back more than 10 years.
