BMO Global Asset Management has bolstered its distribution team in Italy by hiring Giampaolo Giannelli as new head of sales.
In his new role, he will in charge for distributing the firm’s products and strategies across Italy for both wholesale and institutional clients.

Giannelli joined BMO from Invesco Asset Management, where he worked as head of Italian Professional Investors.
Earlier to this, he held roles across the Italian wholesale and retail markets as sales director at Fidelity International.
BMO head of European wholesale distribution Georg Kyd-Rebenburg said: "We are pleased to welcome someone with Giampaolo’s expertise to BMO Global Asset Management, as we continue our expansion across Europe.
