Swiss asset manager Unigestion has expanded its equities team by appointing David Latto as senior vice president and portfolio manager.

Based in Geneva, Latto will report to Jean-François Clément, executive director and investment director within Unigestion’s equities team.

In addition, Latto will be a member of the equity investment and research committee.

Latto joined Unigestion from UBS where he was an equity derivatives structure. Prior to this, he worked at Nomura International as an equity exotics structure and at Credit Agricole CIB as a flow and semi-exotics option trader.

He started his career in 2006 in the equity derivatives trading division at BNP Paribas Tokyo.
