The academy will provide advisers access to a team of specialists who will share their expertise in tax, trust and estate planning, funds and investments and sales training, allowing advisors to develop financial planning solutions for customers.

To certain business partners, the academy will also provide access to the customer insight team, which can assist with quantitative and qualitative insight, analytical models, predictive modelling and data on customer bases.

The academy will soon offer additional support and insight on other areas, such as management consultancy to help advisors to move to more profitable models, FPI said.

As part of the move, FPI has hired several top class specialists in the international financial services market including Scott Hood as FPI’s regional technical manager for the Middle East and Africa, Lina Taher as regional funds and investment manager and Neil Hay as the regional sales training manager.
