Pershing, a US-based subsidiary of BNY Mellon, has hired Lori Hardwick as its new chief operating officer, succeeding Lisa Dolly.
Hardwick, whose service will be effective from 29 February 2016, joins Pershing from Envestnet.

At Envestnet, she worked as group president of advisory services, overseeing its enterprise relationship management, institutional and global advisory sales, strategic partnerships, and practice management programs.
Harwick held various roles managing firm’s enterprise, sales, services, advisor orientation and on-boarding divisions since its commencement.
Before Envestnet, Hardwick worked as regional vice president at Nuveen Investments, where she was responsible for managing relationships with independent advisors spanning ten states in the Midwest.
She also assumed the responsibility for founding Nuveen Investment Advisor Services, where she developed and managed a program and team specifically targeted to RIAs.
