Bedell, an offshore law firm and independent trust firm, has opened an office in Luxembourg, which offers corporate, private equity/real estate and private wealth administration services.

The Luxembourg office opening will expand Bedell’s presence in European markets.

"The move to open in Luxembourg broadens our service reach within the EU at a time of considerable growth for our administration and accounting business."

As part of the move, the company has also Anne-Catherine Grave and Catherine Koch as new directors for the Luxembourg office management team.

Grave has over 15 years of legal and financial services experience in Luxembourg and New York, while Koch has over 27 years’ of experience in finance and corporate administration at international firms, banks and CSSF regulated administration businesses in Luxembourg and London.

Also, current Bedell director Philip Bolton will join the Luxembourg board and supported by the wider Bedell network.
