UK-based Standard Life Wealth has hired Matthew Grange and Matthew Burrows as senior portfolio managers for its London office.

Grange and Burrows will work with UK and International clients in their new roles and report to Charles Insley, head of international for Standard Life Wealth.

Grange, who has over 18 years of private client and institutional investment management experience, joined Standard Life from ABN Amro Asset Management, where he worked for more than 12 years managing institutional UK equity portfolios and the corporate pension schemes for Lafarge and Reed Elsevier.

Prior to joining Standard Life Wealth, Burrows managed portfolios for both UK and international clients at Falcon Private Wealth and Sarasin & Partners, covering the full spectrum of traditional asset classes, as well alternatives and derivatives.

He has five years of experience in managing discretionary portfolios for charities, trusts, pensions and both institutional and private clients’ portfolios.
