According to the report, the President made the statement while addressing the Party of Regions congress on 30 July 2012.
Ukrainian News Agency quoted Yanukovych as saying that the government has already submitted a draft law on wealth tax to the Parliament. Despite of some weak points the draft law should be passed to make tax system fairer.
