Lawrence Scoffield Group, a Leeds-based wealth management firm, has agreed to merge with local law firms Progeny Law and Mark Burns Legal Services.
The merged entity will be known as Progeny and will be led by former Lawrence Scoffield managing director Neil Moles.

The deal integrates Progeny Law’s private client practice, Mark Burns Legal’s corporate practice, and Lawrence Scoffield’s estate planning and investment advisory service.
