Investec Wealth & Investment (IW&I) has appointed James Bowles as the new business development director in its Leeds office.
Bowles will be mainly focus on developing business relationships with intermediaries including independent financial advisers and professional services firms in Yorkshire and the North East.

He will report to the company’s divisional director Simon Kaye. Bowles previously served in various senior business development roles at Vestra Wealth, Myddleton Croft Investment Managers and Savoy Investment Management (Ashcourt Rowan).
