Nordea Investment Fund Company Finland has signed a market making agreement with Nordea Bank Finland on behalf of two new UCITS ETF Funds.
The agreement fulfils the requirements of NASDAQ OMX Helsinki’s and NASDAQ OMX Stockholm’s market making operations.

As per the agreement, Nordea Bank Finland will provide Nordea Global Emerging Markets Equities UCITS ETF Fund’s units with bids and offers (so that the maximum spread is 1.20%) and Nordea Stable Equities UCITS ETF Fund’s units with bids and offers (so that the maximum spread is 1%).
The spread is calculated from the bid quotation. Bids or offers include fund units in the amount of at least EUR10,000 for both funds.
The market making in accordance with the agreement will begin on 26 September 2013. The market making agreement is valid for the time being and the term of notice of the agreement is three months.
