The two firms plan to establish a joint investment forum to share views, review market conditions and design discretionary strategies, with initial work focused on a tailored global multi-asset portfolio.

The partnership includes the sharing of wealth management know-how to address broader client needs such as portfolio diversification, longer-term planning and intergenerational wealth transfer.

Separately, it is expected to support the ongoing development of ttb wealth advisers through regular exchange of investment insights and market perspectives.

ttb bank investment & product strategy executive advisor and ttb wealth securities executive board chairman Navin Intharasombat said: “The next phase of wealth management will be defined by the strength of the investment architecture behind the client experience. This partnership marks an important step for ttb wealth securities, bringing greater institutional depth to the way we develop our wealth management proposition.”

Schroders South Asia and Global Official Institutions client group head Katherine Cox said: “Schroders brings more than 200 years of experience investing through changing markets and supporting the evolving needs of our clients. Our longstanding presence in Asia has given us a deep understanding of the region and its diversity.”
