Maridea Wealth Management has acquired advisory business Park Ridge Financial, expanding its presence in the Chicago. 

Financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.

Park Ridge Financial is known for offering financial planning services to individuals, families, and business owners, covering investment management, retirement planning, and estate conservation. 

Maridea formally set up its presence in Chicago in September 2025. 

The Park Ridge Financial team will move into Maridea’s current Chicago office. 

Rick Pucci, who founded Park Ridge Financial, is joining Maridea as senior investment advisor. 

Pucci said: “Maridea’s high-growth trajectory, entrepreneurial culture, and long-term vision were key factors that attracted my team and me to this partnership. By coming together, we’re able to expand the planning and retirement solutions we provide while continuing to deliver exceptional service to clients.” 

Pucci has run Park Ridge Financial for more than 17 years.  

Clients of Park Ridge Financial will remain with the same Chicago-based team.  

They will also have access to Maridea’s tax services, wider investment research resources, and broader planning support.

Maridea has eight offices and employs more than 50 professionals. The firm has about $1.8bn in assets under management and administration. 

In the previous year, Maridea Wealth Management acquired Pinnacle Wealth Management, a Chicago, Illinois-based financial advisory firm.
