Figures from GlobalData’s Financial Deals Database indicate that Sullivan & Cromwell was first in the value ranking, having worked on transactions totalling $8bn. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom was first in the volume table with five deals.

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom was second in the value ranking, with transactions worth $7.3bn. 

Conyers Dill & Pearman was third by value at $6.4bn. Homburger and Lenz & Staehelin shared fourth place, with each advising on a transaction valued at $6.2bn. 

In the volume ranking, Veirano Advogados was second with five deals. CMS, Baker McKenzie and Posse Herrera & Ruiz Abogados also recorded five deals each.
