BNY has announced a realignment of its top management, making several appointments aimed at integrating its wealth solutions and managed accounts services more closely.
Adam Vos will transition to the role of global head of Wealth Solutions, while Jim Crowley will move into the position of executive vice chair.

Laide Majiyagbe has been appointed global head of Markets and will join the executive committee.
Vos currently oversees global markets and is a member of the company’s executive committee.
Vos’s new remit will include oversight of BNY Pershing and both the Wove platform and BNY Archer Managed Account Solutions, bringing these operations under a single leadership structure.
As an executive vice chair, Crowley will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships across BNY’s various service areas.

Majiyagbe is presently the global head of Liquidity, Financing and Collateral at BNY.
She will take charge of execution services, liquidity operations, financing and global collateral activities, which serve a range of institutional clients such as asset managers, asset owners, banks, broker-dealers and other financial entities internationally.
