Notenstein Private Bank is striving to become one of the best three private banks in Switzerland. Next to its core competency in wealth management for private clients, the bank is positioning institutional client services as the second pillar of its business strategy. To this end, the St. Gallen-based bank is investing in expansion and targeting the recruitment of highly qualified, experienced institutional client advisors, asset managers and analysts.

Dr Adrian Künzi, CEO of Notenstein Private Bank confirms: "I am delighted to announce that with Aris Prepoudis and Andreas Knörzer, we have been able to gain two proven professionals for our institutional client business. Aris Prepoudis has an outstanding track record in building up large institutional client portfolios and with Andreas Knörzer we will have an experienced asset manager and pioneer in sustainability investments on board. This will enable us to further develop our expertise in advisory services for institutional investors such as pension funds and foundations. Alongside traditional asset management, sustainability-based investment solutions will constitute an important part of our services."

With these recruitments, Notenstein Private Bank is consolidating the growth strategy for its institutional asset management division announced last week. Aside from the multi-boutique approach for proven specialities foreseen for its subsidiary TCMG Asset Management AG, Notenstein is also ex- panding the asset management and institutional clients’ teams of its private bank. Aris Prepoudis will take on the position of Head of Institutional Clients, and Andreas Knörzer Head of Asset Management. The current Head of Institutional Clients, Patrick Revey, will take on the position of Head of Corporate Development from 1 December 2013 and will be named Deputy CEO of the Notenstein Private Bank.
