Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm, has opened a new office in Frankfurt, Germany.

The new office will offer a full range of cross-border investment banking services to German companies seeking divestitures, acquisitions and joint ventures.

The Frankfurt office will be led by managing director, Karl-Ludwig Diehl alongside research analyst Martin Kriewald.

Previously, Diehl has worked on numerous M&A mandates in distribution, manufacturing, chemistry and business services, and he continues to assist business owners and buyers through the process of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in the lower middle-market.

Prior to this, Diehl served as CEO at a plastics and metal working company for over fifteen years in a variety of key management roles.
