The deal, whose terms were not disclosed, doubles Vistra’s International Expansion Services (IES) business. Radius will be rebranded post deal completion.
As part of the deal, Radius CEO Stephen Chipman will join Vistra’s IES business in the role of group managing director.
Vistra will have 1,300 employees in its global IES team and a support network of more than 3,300 employees, across more than 70 offices and 40 jurisdictions, upon completion of the transaction.
Vistra CEO Martin Crawford said: “The Radius team has developed a highly successful global business, which is a natural fit with Vistra’s IES operations. Joining forces means our clients will have the highest quality people, technology and processes to help them grow with confidence when they are expanding internationally.”
