Vistra, a provider of corporate, trust and fund administration services, has acquired Bristol-based Jordans Group from its current shareholder The West of England Trust.
Vistra group managing director of company formation Jonathon Clifton said that the acquisition has doubled the size of its UK team.

Jordans Group offers company formation services, along with corporate and commercial legal expertise and compliance services. It includes four companies namely Jordans, Jordans (Scotland), Jordans Corporate Law, and Jordans Trust Company.
Majority of the firm’s 160 staff are housed in Bristol. The firm also comprises offices in Edinburgh, London, British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, Seychelles, and Hong Kong.
