Bahrain-based Two Seas Trust, a JV between Elian Fiduciary Services (Jersey) and Keypoint, has renamed itself as Elian Middle East.

Elian said that the decision to rebrand, agreed by both joint venture (JV) partners, will provide a solid platform from which Two Seas can continue its strong growth.

Following the rebrand, Elian Middle East will continue its daily operations as normal, including interactions with both joint venture partners and clients, including institutional clients and HNW families in Bahrain and the wider GCC region.

Elian Middle East, the first company to be licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain to provide trust services in the kingdom, will continue to provide trustee and trust administration services across structured finance and securitisation, Islamic finance, charitable trust, employee incentive plans, REITs and funds.

Elian Middle East CEO Bashar Bazian said: "Sharing the Elian name and leveraging its global presence will help Elian Middle East to achieve its ambitious plans to grow its trust and corporate services offerings. Elian Middle East is a combination of international experience and local understanding of the GCC market."
