Saracen Fund Managers, an Edinburgh-based investment firm, has appointed Jamie Matheson as its new chairman, replacing Jim Fisher.
Prior to joining Saracen, Matheson served as executive chairman of Brewin Dolphin Holdings for eight years. He stepped down as chair of Brewin Dolphin in March last year.

Additionally, Fisher, current chairman and Saracen founder, will continue to remain at the firm as a director.
