“Sanlam Global Investment Solutions has slashed fees on its Global Investment Plan offshore bond in a move to hold its commitment to the advisers operating in the UK offshore bond market, according to International Adviser.
The investors for the fund will be charged a set up fee capped at £300 and an annual management charge of 0.5%, down from 1.5%.

Additionally, the fund’s annual custody fee of 0.05% has been reduced from between 0.4% and 0.25% previously.
The publication has quoted Cobus Kruger, managing director of Sanlam Global Investment Solutions, saying: "The SGIP is a long-term investment and also allows access to leading global fund managers, including Sanlam’s own discretionary investment management (DIM) services, or an independent DIM of one’s choice.
"In addition, investors will have access to Sanlam’s Accel risk profiler and Accel investment solutions through the Sanlam Global Investment Plan."”
