REST Industry Super has partnered with digital advice specialist Midwinter to launch an online advice platform that will offer personalised financial advice to its members.

The new REST Advice Online platform will be powered by Midwinter’s AdviceOS software, allowing REST members to access instant advice and make changes to their super account through their mobile devices.

Members will be able to access the service via phone, web chat or self-service, with all advice delivered, recorded and processed through the same integrated system.

REST Industry Super CEO Damian Hill said: “REST Advice Online allows members to make an informed decision about how they’d like to invest their money and grow their retirement savings with confidence.

“Importantly it allows REST members to seek financial advice on their own terms in a way and at a time that best suits them – on their mobile device, via our website or over the phone.”

The service will initially allow the super fund’s members to select an appropriate investment option, but it will be eventually expanded to cover other advice options across more channels.
